History
According to the myth, King Midas has everything but a child. The king is so miserable that he prays to God for a child day and night. At last, the king has a beautiful daughter. Suna, daughter of the king, catches a disease when she is a young woman. Boils come out of the beautiful girl's body. No medical man is able to heal these dilute boils. Beautiful Suna, despaired by these non-healing wounds, takes the road. She travel over the hills and mountains. King Midas sends his men to take care of his daughter.

The beautiful girl arrives at Afyon, a part of the King's territory. It is summertime, and Suna is thirsty. She looks for some water to drink. The girl, parched with thirst, runs to the water without minding the swamp. She bows down and drinks the water deep. Than she feels a nice itch and a calm feeling where the water reaches. The beautiful girl throws herself into the water. Than she comes out and goes into a deep sleep because she has not slept for days. When she wakes up, she realizes that she has no pain and the boils are drying. She stays by the water for a week.

Her boils and wounds are healed completely in one week. Beautiful Suna, as beautiful as she used to be thanks to the water, goes into ecstasy. King's men who are watching her, come by her side when they notice that she is healed. Suna tells all that has happened to her. Than they come back to the palace. King Midas, mourning day and night for his daughter, gets vary happy to see his daughter healed.

She asks to her daughter "Which medicine man healed you? Tell me, and I will assign him the chief medicine man". And Suna answers "The hot water healed me, not a medicine man". So he orders "Build there a bath, so people passing by shall be healed". So, it is considered that these thermal springs are being used since the Phrygians.

According to the medical analysis report of Ministry of Health, Health Services Chief Management, dated 07.07.2005 and numbered 9853; the thermal water with 3117,75 mg/l mineral content; has the quality of a thermo-mineral water with sodium bicarbonate and fluoride. Physical benefits of this water, which is delivered to all rooms are;

* Dispelling the symptoms of rheumatism sicknesses arising in the periods other than acute impulsive periods, overcoming the pain, chronic lumbago, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosis Spondylitis, articulation sicknesses like Osteo-arthritis, Miosis, Tendinitis, Trauma, Physiobromialgy syndrome. It has scientifically been proved that this water dispels the pain and gains the life standards of the patients by removing the effects of rheumatism.

Electrotherapy

Massage

First, the pores are opened by a steam bath. Acnes are cleaned by a Komedon device. The skin is cleaned from make-up and dead cell layer. It is cleaned with a moss mask. The skin, supported by several natural masks, is then tightened with tonic. Face and neck massage is applied by creams changing according to the skin type. HOT FREQUENCY is applied for the clearance of the infected pimples and disinfection of the skin. The result: Your skin will have a soft, clean and smooth look in 45-60 minutes.

Our thermal resort is situated at the 13.th km of the Amasya - Çorum Highway. Also it is only 20 km away from the Centrum and 150 km away from the Samsun - Çarşamba Airport, 70 km away from Amasya - Merzifon Airport.

RESTAURANT
On the other hand in our complex we will be glad to serve you in our nostalgia restaurant which has a capacity of 75 people. We also have roof restaurant and meeting hall with capacities of 100 people and 75 people.

Çeşme Town, which is situated in the very end of Western Anatolia and is linked to the Izmir Province in the Aegean Region, is in 90 km distance from Adnan Menderes Airport, 80 km from Izmir and 150 km from Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary. The hotel is located in Cape Kalem in the Boyalık Locality, which are 3.5 km from Çeşme and 4 km from Alaçatı.

ROOM
Standard Room : Our 319 standard rooms of which 158 have sea views while the other 161 have garden views, are prepared specially and are equipped with conveniences for you. They are 28 m2. In every standard room are satellite TV, minibar, central system air conditioner (depending on the weather conditions), hair dryer, telephone and safe box (free). The floors are covered with laminate parquet. The rooms in the first four blocks have sofa beds. The bathrooms in the standard rooms are covered with ceramic and have bathtubs. There is telephone in our bathrooms.

Dolphine Suite : The Dolphine Suites,which are 17 in total,are on the 3rd Floor in the hotel and they have sea view. 6 of them have authentic decoration. The renewed 11 Dolphin Suites consist of bedroom,living-room and the bathrooms with Jacques. The rooms are separated. In our 39 m2 suites, there is also an extra toilet other than the one in the bathroom. The bathrooms in the Dolphin Suites are covered with ceramic and have bathtubs. In our bathrooms there is telephone. There are LCD TV,satellite broadcasting, minibar, safe box (free), hair dryer, central system air conditioner (depending on the air conditions),sofa bed,table and chair group. While the floors in 6 of the Dolphin Suites are covered with rug, in 11 Dolphin Suites they are laminate parquet.

Golden Suite : The Golden Suite rooms, which are on the third floor in the hotel, are 2 in total and they have fantastic sea views. In our suites consisting of a bedroom, a drawing room and a living room, the rooms are separated from each other with doors. In the rooms are table-chair group, LCD TV, satellite broadcasting, mini bar, safe box (free), armchair group and end table. In our suites, which are 40 m2, there is also an extra toilet aside from the one in the bathroom. The bathtubs have Jacuzzis. There is hair dryer, telephone and specially prepared bath sets. There are lounges chairs on the balconies in our suites.

Ocean Suite : The Ocean Suite rooms, which have fantastic sea view, are 6 in total. Our suites, which are 70 m2, have an extra toilet aside from that in the bathroom. Our bathtubs, which have Jacuzzis, have sea view. In the Ocean Suites, where you can watch the unique sea view from your bed, are sitting room suite, safe box (free), minibar, central system air conditioner, telephone, satellite broadcasting, LCD TV and hair dryer.

Marina Studio : Our studio rooms with marina view are 39 in total. In our 24 m2 studio rooms are kitchen utensils via which our guests may meet their basic needs. In the studio rooms, where 3 people can stay, are central system air conditioner (depending on the air condition), satellite broadcasting, Tv, hair dryer, and telephone and the floors are covered with ceramic.

Marina Family Rooms : Our family rooms with Marina view are 34 in total. In them are bedroom suites, sitting room suite and kitchen utensils via which the guests can meet their basic needs. In our 32 m2 marina family rooms, in which 4 guests can stay, there are two bathrooms, Wc and balconies and also a sofa bed in the living room. In the Marina Family rooms, there are central system air conditioner (depending on the air condition), satellite broadcasting, Tv, hair dryer and telephone and the floor is covered with ceramic. However, unlikely of others, 5 of our Marina Family rooms are 36 m2 and they only consist of one bathroom and one balcony.

Beach Aparts : Our Beach Aparts, which have swimming pool view and are situated on our Blue flagged beaches, are 42 in total. In them are bedroom, living room and kitchen utensils via which the guests can meet their basic needs. In our 40 m2 rooms, in which 4 people can stay, are bathroom, Wc, balcony, and in the living room is a bed sofa. Beach Aparts have split air conditioners and the floors are covered with ceramic.

Baküs Restaurant & Bar : While the warm Gerence breeze pets you under the grape bunches, its unique pan aroma, which makes you feel the peace, and the rich wine collection that you would sip in the candle light and live music, which would take you to the moment you want to be in, you would wish the night would never end at Baküs.

THERMAL BATH
Bath duration is 20 minutes. It may be prolonged to 30 minutes later on. Baths are applied on each day (one day in a week passes without bath) or every other day. Excess movements in the water should be avoided. Bath cures are usually applied after a light breakfast in the mornings. The hot and minerally rich thermal water increases the health power of the one.

HEALTH

After the medical approval, an appropriate treatment schedule is determined for every guest. PRESSOTHERAPHY
It is applied by giving pressure by placing air boats which are manufactured using special techniques; that may be inflated; and are separated into parts, on various regions of the body. It rapidly and safely treats the deformed appearances, bulges which are formed on the formation of body due to slow lympathic and venous circulation . it provides the tissues to have a tighter and smoother appearance. It is a substitute for the hand massage applied on the legs from down to up.
MUD BATH
It is prepared by mixing the mud from the source of thermal water and thermal water itself. It is applied in whole, half or extemital (arms-leg) forms with treatment purpose. It is applied once a day for 15-20 minutes under 39°C - 40°C heat.

The heat may increase up to 50°C. The application duration is once in day. The static electricity and toxins are discharged with this application. Psoriasis is a persistent and chronic skin disease which has a tendency to be genetically inherited. The word comes from ancient Greece, and means "to itch". Red eruptions appear on the surface of the skin and begin to itch. These areas form plaques over the reddened lesions. The plaques resemble multi-layered scales of skin. Psoriasis varies in intensity from a few random spots to a massive outbreak covering the entire body and requiring hospitalization.

In some cases, psoriasis is so mild that people don't know they have it. At the opposite extreme, severe psoriasis may cover large areas of the body. Psoriasis cannot be passed from one person to another, though it is more likely to occur in people whose family members have it.

Pustular Psoriasis (Pustular), Guttate Psoriasis (Guttate), Inverse Psoriasis (Inverse), Erythrodermic (Erythrodermic), Psoriatic Arthritis (Psoriatic Arthritis).

Plaque Psoriasis: The most common type of psoriasis is called plaque psoriasis. It is characterized by raised, inflamed (red) lesions covered with a silvery white scale. The scale is actually a buildup of dead skin cells. The technical name for plaque psoriasis is psoriasis vulgaris (vulgaris means common). Plaque psoriasis may appear on any skin surface, though the knees, elbows, scalp, and trunk are the most common locations.

Guttate Psoriasis: Guttate psoriasis is characterized by small red dots (or drops) of psoriasis. It often appears on the trunk, arms and legs. The lesions may have some scale. Guttate psoriasis frequently appears suddenly following a streptococcal infection or viral upper respiratory infections. There are also other events that can precipitate an attack of guttate psoriasis: tonsillitis, a cold, chicken pox, immunizations, physical trauma, psychological stress, illness, and the administration of antimalarial drugs.

Inverse Psoriasis: Inverse psoriasis is localized in the flexural surfaces of the skin, e.g., armpit, groin, under the breast, and other skin folds. Typically, it appears as smooth inflamed lesions without scaling and is particularly subject to irritation due to rubbing and sweating.

Erythrodermic: Ordinarily erythrodermic psoriasis appears on the skin as a widespread reddening and exfoliation of fine scales, often accompanied by severe itching and pain. Swelling may also develop.

Pustular Psoriasis: Pustular psoriasis is characterized by pustules (blister-like lesions of noninfectious pus) on the skin. The pus consists of white blood cells in the skin. It is not an infection, and it is not contagious. It may be localized to certain areas of the body, e.g., hands and feet, or it can be widespread. It tends to go in cycles of: 1) erythema (reddening of the skin), 2) formation of pustules, and 3) scaling of the skin.

Psoriatic Arthritis: About 10 percent of the people who have psoriasis on their skin also develop a form of arthritis called Psoriatic arthritis. Psoriatic arthritis causes inflammation and swelling primarily in the hands, feet or in larger joints such as the knees, hips, elbows, and the spine. It may cause stiffness, pain, and joint damage.

Scalp Psoriasis: Scalp psoriasis affects at least half of all people who have psoriasis. Generally, the scalp will have plaque psoriasis characterized by elevated, inflamed, lesions covered with silvery white scales

Nail Psoriasis: Psoriasis can affect both the toenails and fingernails. Commonly it appears as pits in the nails of various size, shape, and depth. Sometimes the nails develop a yellowish color and become thick. The nails may crumble easily and be surrounded by inflammation. Another possible symptom is detachment of the nail from the nail bed.

PSORIASIS HEALING CENTER
Kangal springs, famous and unique in the world, were used as summer resort place by the local people. The fish springs known by their ability to cure psoriasis which can not be treated medically up to now. The springs were generally used as a resort place and are at the disposal of patients suffering from this disease. Kangal Fish Springs is of a particular place amongst the other thermal baths found with in our country. This thermal, unique in the world is famous for curing the disease world psoriasis.

The springs were firstly noticed by people from neighbouring villages in the early 1800s. Tthe springs were a kind of reed-bed until 1917. By change a shepherd who was wounded on his foot sees his wound healed by the water of the spring.

CURES
Those having treatment in the thermal baths for the first time will be surprised when they notice that the brown , grey and beige coluured fish surround them and begin to clear up the spots on the skin. For patients to be fully accustomed in takes 2-3 days. The fish actually nibble on the area of skin affected and migth cause little pain at first, but then this feeling subsides.

For the best results it is recommended that patients spend a total of 8 hours a day in these pools. It is also necessary to drink plenty of thermal spring water on an empty stomach (daily 1,5 lt). This type of teratment has no side effects and medication should not be taken during treatment

THERMAL SPRING WATER
This thermal water does not only help in the treatment of psoriasis, but also most types of skin diseases. Thermal water is 36-37°C and is equal to the human body temperature. It is clear and odourless, leaving no sediment. The water, with a pH of about 7.2 is isothermal and maintains a temperature of about 35°C throughout the year. It has features which make it drinkable. The presence of selenium (1.3ppm) has been emphasised for its biological and therapeutic aspects.

It is rich in such ions as calcium, magnesium, selenium and is suitable for the bath. It provides conclusive result in the cure of rheumatism, nervous disorders, dislocations, fructure, calcification in some situations and kidney diseases, especially in ulcer provided the patients should drink a few glasses of water on an empty stomach and do have a bath.

The thermal is in a green valley in a rural area. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool where women and men enter seperately, with a capacity of serving for 1500 persons in a day.

This clears away the scales, causes minor bleeding, and exposes the lesion to water and sunlight.This may also cause drainage of pus in patients with abscesses.The high level of selenium in the water, an element the topical application of which is beneficial in some diseases, is reported to be the most important factor for wound healing. DOCTOR FISHES
The miraculous way of treatment by the fish which are in the thermal waters 36-37°C increases its fame, since this thermal is the last sort of hope for skin diseases which up-to-date science of medicine can not cure today. Skin diseases such as acne, eczema and psoriases are cured by Cyprinion macrostomus (fish) 2-10 cm in length and by Garra rufa.

Two types of fish are involved. Both are members of the Cyprinidae family and are adapted to living in a hot milieu. The so-called striker is Cyprinion macrostomus macrostomus.It has a terminal mouth and a length of 15 to 20 cm. It is covered with relatively large scales, and has six to eight irregularly arranged lateral spots of various sizes.

The second fish, known locally as a licker, is Garra rufa obtusa. It has a crescent-shaped ventral mouth and a maximum lenght of 19 cm. Its body is also convered with large scales. The so-called jabbers are not a third type of fish but the immature from of the strikers, which lose their lateral spots during maturation.

Both fish are omnivorous, a well-known feature of Cyprinidae, and feed on phytoplankton and zooplankton. But only small amounts of plankton have been found in the pools. This is said to retard the growth and development of the fish, making them aggressive and predatory.

In winter when the pools are uncrowded the fish look for food like a flock of hungry sheep. In summer, they assault the human bodies in the pools.They prefer to attack diseased rather then healthy skin simply because it is easier to nibble at it. The effects of these feeding habits and the high temperature of the water on the internal biochemistry of the fish has also been investigated. The role the doctor fish can play in therapeutic medicine deserves proper study.

TREATMENT
The water has been reported as being beneficial in rheumatic disease, neurologic disorders (neuralgia, neuritis, paralysis), orthopaedic and traumatological sequelae (fractures, joint trauma, and muscle disease), gynaecological problems (by lavage), skin diseases, urolithiasis (by drinking), and psychosomatic disorders (a report from the Clinic and Institute of Physical Therapy and Hydrology, Faculty of Medicine Ankara University, March 2, 1967.

But psoriasis is the disease which has made the spring so popular as a therapeutic aid. The fish strike and lick the psoriatic plaque - or plaques of other skin diseases - which have been softened by the water. Wide interest in the doctor fish encourages people with neurological and rheumatic diseases to visit the hotspring to immerse themselves in its pools. A school of fish surround the body and strike and lick it.

The initial pleasant sensation and relaxation of “micro-massage” is replaced by a tingling sensation over the skin. This massage is given particularly by the younger fish, which need many more nutrients for their rapid growth. It may be that, in addition to the benefits of hydrotherapy from the hotspring, there is a psychological component to this massage which generates a feeling of wellbeing in patients with neurologic and rheumatic diseases, and with traumatic diseases, and with traumatic sequalae.

The faith of desperate patients in these sacred fish, and the experience of being in a different environment may also contribute to this feeling of wellbeing. Not only the ill, but also the healthy, visit the spring to consult the doctor fish. People with healthy skin probably benefit by the fish clearing away hyperkeratinized portions of their skin.

HEALING PROGRAM
* Drink at least 3 glasses of healing water before breakfast.
* Enter in the pool after breakfast.
* Therapy starts through healing water rich in minerals and healing fishes.
* The healing fish, unique in the world, live at a water temprature of 37°C (scientifically no fish can live in water with temprature exceeding 28°C). There are 2 different types of this fish.

Road and train connections are possible to this thermal. You may find a bus running every hour everyday. Transportation between Kangal and the thermal is provided through busses and minibusses. The Sivas - Malatya railway, 5 km away from the thermal, is preferred, it is necessary to get off at Kangal station which is within the village, Karanlık.

ACCOMMODATION
The ownership of this thermal belongs to a private Governing Body of Sivas and is hired out to specific persons through adjudication. The springs contain hotel facilities in 4 buildings. It is present 147 rooms (144 normal, 3 suit). The springs have 300 bed in 2 motels and one hotel. A suitable area for 50 tents for camping tourism.

There are 16 special bath. In winter there is a tube way between bath and hotel. The springs contain 5 pools one being in half olympic size. All seasons open. During summer, live music and amusement are present. It is called "Spa Water" when there is mineral salt more than 1000 mg in a liter. In Tuzla Spas, there is 3300 mg mineral salt in a liter. The spas all over the world are hot or cold and they get the temperature of 17 – 39 degrees Celsius by heating or cooling. This operation makes no difference on the mineral value or usefulness of the spa water. Tuzla Spas are in the classification of both for drinking and spa sources.

At the beauty saloon in Aphrodite Thermal Cure Center; we provide a clean and well cared skin with natural products and the anti-aging effect of the thermal water. First, the pores are opened by a steam bath. Acnes are cleaned by a Komedon device. The skin is cleaned from make-up and dead cell layer. It is cleaned with a moss mask. The skin, supported by several natural masks, is then tightened with tonic. Face and neck massage is applied by creams changing according to the skin type. Hot Frequency is applied for the clearance of the infected pimples and disinfection of the skin. The result: Your skin will have a soft, clean and smooth look in 45-60 minutes.
Hair and Nails
After skin care is completed, now it is turn for the hair and fingers. If you want to apply the hair care consisting of 10 different saps and supporting ampoules, just visit our coiffeur... A special formula maintained by mixing the natural saps with vitamins, supporting and strengthening combinations is applied to the hair. PRINCESS SKIN CARE (HYDRADERMIE)
It is a new application at Oruçoğlu. Princess skin care is an internationally referenced skin care and is the choice of those who want the best. Aestheticians will choose the skin care best fit for you considering the skin. The phases are:
Ionization
First, gels containing active contents are applied. The gel that is ideal for your skin is selected. Then these products are deep penetrated into the skin by the help of galvanic current. After this process, the skin becomes as absorbing as a sponge. The skin absorbs the humidifier and other products that are applied more easily.
High Frequency (Enlivening the Cells)

Thanks to these programs, loose muscles are strengthened, the body is put in a shape, passive gymnastics is provided and inter-muscular fats are burned and carried to the lymphs. The toxins are disposed from the body by sweating and urinating. With these programs, the body gets tougher and thinner. In three days, you will be 1 to 3 cm thinner and 1 to 3 kg lighter.
